“I’ve been meaning to paint at home for years, and simply never made the time. My art teacher suggested drawing anything to hand. It was early in the lockdown and everything felt so strange. This drawing helped to take me out of myself for a while. I then practised my nascent Photoshop skills to add colour. I’m still painting at home, but this one was the real launching pad!”
